2. Data Processing: Image Analysis

The core function of the App is to identify plants based on images you upload.

Process: When you scan a plant, the image is transmitted to our AI provider, OpenAI, Inc. (USA), for analysis.
No User Accounts: We do not require you to create an account. Images are processed transiently to provide the result. We do not build persistent user profiles based on your scans.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Performance of a contract).

3. International Data Transfer (USA)

Your image data is processed by OpenAI in the United States. The USA may have different data protection laws than the EU. To ensure your data is protected, the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) provided by the European Commission or equivalent adequacy measures.

4. Payments & Premium Features

Payments for Premium features are processed exclusively by the App Store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

We do not have access to your credit card or bank details.
We only receive a transaction receipt (e.g., "Subscription Active") to unlock features.

Die Bilddaten werden von OpenAI in den USA verarbeitet. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass in den USA ein anderes Datenschutzniveau herrschen kann. Der Schutz Ihrer Daten wird durch Standardvertragsklauseln (SCCs) der EU-Kommission oder gleichwertige Angemessenheitsmaßnahmen gewährleistet.
